安装不了，我是PS2版本，有认建议在Adobe Photoshop CS2下 建个plug-ins文件夹，试了也装不上去，把Adobe Photoshop CS2安装在系统盘下，也装不上去。急死我了，这么好的软件只能看介绍不能使用太委屈了。

Photoshop是不是安装到系统盘不重要的。我就是把PS安装在系统盘以外的分区里使用的。你如果不能安装插件不妨试试先从官方下载安装微软的Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0，另外
检查你的PS版本，确定你的Photoshop CS2小版本号为v9.0.2, 以上。然后以PS CS3为例说明：

在*:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3目录中建一个Plug-Ins文件夹，然后启动PS CS3----------编辑-----首选项------增效工具---勾选附加的增效工具文件夹---下面的选取，----指向你刚才建的文件夹如：
*:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Plug-Ins
---------确定，然后退出PS CS3；再安装插件到你刚才新建的目录下就可以解决了；CS2版本操作跟CS3应该差不多，可用的。

这个软件我是这样解决的，先在系统盘安装PS3，然后在PS3下 建个plug-ins文件夹
即可顺利安装了，再把下plug-ins文件夹中的文件复制到PS2的plug-ins文件夹中，
PS2的滤镜中也可以使用了。谢了
